After 5 deep breathing cycles following the Anghanahita fluidity breathwork principles you will assume the downward dog Yoga pose and you will visualize opening and relaxing your -<Lotus>- to it's maximal potential. Upon which Therapisthealer himself will insert himself into your being and perform the ancient ritual of opening your "home" chakra. After blessing you with his divine spiritual deposit Therapisthealer will extract himself from you and assume the -<Lotus>- position behind your downward dog. This will prompt an immediate expulsion of negative emotions from your -<Lotus>- which Therapisthealer himself will accept unto himself as a total spiritual release from you.
